You are not watchful of your own cravings because you overdo it by making so many snacks,which in long run could make you overweight.People who are obese are the trade marks of their family line.It is hereditary even if you like to become thinner your body chemistry is designed to go bigger.be watchful of your intakes because careful consumptions of a healthy and balance diet could also makes you fit and with proportionate body weight.

Hi breting600 ! Thanks for your advice but in my case not so as you stated,both my consumption and heredity are unlike you said.In my case what about i say is my physical workout even my regular activities also not involves any such workout....which necessarily makes negative affect to my health.

I believe in what you say and do because I have noticed that to those people who like to have a good diet and be fit yet they make so many wrong diets.They consumed foods that are not making any any good to decrease their weights but they become bigger instead.You have to see a book about calorie intakes so that you could watch better your weight.Have fun and i hope you can really be fit and thinner.

It is always time to be health conscious, and it is great that you have taken the decision to change your own life for the better. I started losing weight just over a year ago, and have improved my health an awful lot since doing that. I have lost six and a half stones, and I can honestly say that I have never felt better. I eat more healthier and exercise more, and that has had a lot of positive effects on my overall health which I will never take for granted again. A lot of people don't take care of their bodies, and I don't think that this is something that they should take for granted.
