breakdance chair freeze conditioning,tips and trick

I just learning breakdance for 2 months, i can do baby freeze with my left stab. I wanna learn chair freeze , but when i do it i got my back a little bit ache,
Maybe i've got wrong form,
Please help me with tips or trick or any conditioning to have a better chair freeze form
