Ever dreamt a cliche? i have a great idea for a book and have parts of the story and outline but can't seem to get it done, maybe after these current kids go off to school? but heard of part of a story a little like my main idea, then later the same day some one speaking how they didn't use an idea and it turned up somewhere else.. then I dreamt the school bus came (my job to watch for the bus each morning:) I tried to flag it down but it just buzzed on by, and reflecting on it this morning (love to interpret dreams) the cliche "missed the bus" came to mind..

Yes to both of these things. I have started writing down some stories that I never finished. On came from a series of dreams that I had where I was a shopkeeper in centuries past. It seemed like a rather interesting story in the dreams which always picked up where they left off, rather like chapters in a novel. But then I stopped having these dreams and really did not know where to take the story next.

yes of course. it was sometime made my anger rise make me a little bit frustration or lazy to continue, for instance : I was ready too go out / walking for sport in the morning but suddenly rain although not hard then make me lazy and go to my bed again (hihihi / smile)

Not too long ago, I was having a dream that I really wanted to come to a conclusion, but my cat woke me up and that was that.
In regards to your story, go ahead a write it. No one has ownership of an idea.
