Letter for City's mayor

Dear Mayor,
You promised in the election that you will get rid of the flood, You will solve the garbage problems and solve the crime rates.Almost regularly I have to endure hearing noises of gang wars between delinquent teenagers. My car's side mirror and some of my neighbors lost theirs too. There are some burglar here who is stealing side mirrors of cars. This is the 2nd side mirror I had lost. You said the flood problem is solved but when its high tide, the whole place is surrounded by water. the only reason why you are still in position is because you are the lesser of the 4 evils. screw you and your incompetent rivals in politics. you are a bunch of corrupt politicians.

For the side mirrors you should look to the scarecrows in the garden around

All of us cannot become politicians. We will have to air our grievances to them and it is for politicians to take steps to solve the problems. Of course we do have similar problems in our city also if it rains. but right now it is very hot--summer time --41 deg. c+

The 4 rivals he have are former mayors and they were worst and more corrupt... this one he is the least corrupt but he is still corrupt and he is also lazy and incompetent. I useless waste of oxygen.

You have narrated your problem nicely. I am sure you would have written to your Mayor also through hard copy or email. You can also choose to address in Letters to the Editor of a leading newspaper of your country - Philipines.
I wish your problems are sorted out soon. Are you having rains now in Phil. Here in chennai we are suffering on account of high temp. 41 deg. c.

If i send him an email, he will just trash it to the spam bin. Plus I heard he have blood in his hands. I dont want to be assassinated. Its better to complain anonymously without him finding out that this complaint is about him. He is useless but his rivals in politics are worst than him.

Are we neighbors? 
I felt a tinge of sadness at the phrase lesser of 4 evils. It seems that everybody running for office are evils. If they were not, they would become evil in no time when placed in the position

Dear Mayor: Greetings! Here's a rundown of the ills in the city: flood, proper garbage disposal, spiralling crime, gang wars, loss of side mirrors, other car parts, etc. You are rated the least evil of your 4 predecessors so this is a rare chance for a good portion of the people's money to trickle down for the solution of these problems, instead of them all 100% entering your bulging pockets. It's a right and a privilege for every pinoy to run for congress or any position. What is important and what counts is that candidates once elected should feel proud that they were elevated for reasons of their good platform and sterling achievements and performances, not because of vote-buying, goons and all sorts of political machinations. I suggest it would help a lot if politicians go to church every day to confess.

well if that will keep him from running the city maybe fine. He just renovated his office for the 10th time. He makes the city hall look luxurious but the city still looks like it needs help.

Maybe you could also suggest a solution to these problems in the letter? You say that there is a problem with rival gangs, right? Maybe the mayor could put this to good use and give them a competition to see who can clean up the most garbage and who can stop the most flooding, etc. The winner can have a certain number of side mirrors (as these seem a valuable commodity to them) for each of the challenges that they win.

I am starting to hate you, captain, in a good way. because this kind of letter is something that I want to send to someone warming up the seat in the city hall. I didn't really for the guy but sometimes, I still feel it is within my right to put something in his behind once in a while.
Amway, I think he will have the nerve to run again for the position. The guy still thinks he has a chance and is probably busy for the campaign rather than addresing problems and prove that he did do something.

you seemed to like my 'letters from the heart series' There are people that we truly hate but we cant tell them how much we hate them. so In a way its a fun way to have a secret revenge. I consider moving to a better city.... but I am under petition by some family member to migrate to another country so there is no use for that. I will just endure this city, Until I have to go to the other country.
