How to Gain Weight

Unlike most girls' weight problems, I'm more interested with putting some weight than losing them. I eat a lot. You'll be surprised at how much I could consume and yet I still maintain the same weight. Nothing more, nothing less. I lose weight when stressed and sick but return to my usual weight when I feel better. Way back my high school and college days, I was heavier then because I was into sports. When I quit doing sports, I lost weight. Keeps me wondering how many girls have the same weight problems as I do. I would love to get back to sports but the gym schedule just don't jive with my schedule.

I have exactly the same problem. I have been the same weight since I was 16 and can not gain a pound. If you spend the time to help build muscle tone ive found this is the only way to gain weight. I do the Tracy Anderson Method dvds because I cant get to the gym. If you have the self motivation then find a good work out dvd you can do from home that will fit into your lifestyle. Its hard and no one seems to understand they just say eat more, if excersizing more doesnt help then maybe see a dietician they could help you out!

I think I'll try your workout. I have a heart condition called mitral valve prolapse and I get tired easily. Jogging helped me with my cardio exercise but I can't seem to find as much time for jogging.

I love the Tracy Anderson method its designed to exhaust your muscles and to tone them. They are one hour dvds, if you have a heart condition definatly check with your dr though mybe work with him to make sure you have a workout that is completley suited to you. I hope ive helped, good luck :)

It is interesting so i come into this topic.I would certainly love to lose weight for i'm a little bit overweight.To your problem i think that maybe the opposite with me,just eat something really contains much calory and no need to go to gym or exerise,i suppose anyone would gain weight doing that.

I already eat, a lot. I love sweets, I love burger, pizza, I even consume more rice than my other friends and family members. I still don't gain as much, I'm stuck with same weight.

I have 2 officemates who also have problems gaining weight, and they're really skinny, despite a heavy appetite. Their metabolism is just at a very fast pace. They took some vitamins which cost a lot, according to them. I forgot the name. Have you seen a doctor for that?

I already went to several doctors and they already told me the same, I have a fast metabolism, I should take some vitamins. I already am and I have a really heavy appetite. I even sleep a lot. I check my weight once every week. I'm stuck with the same weight.

For gain weight Consume healthy high calorie foods, weight gain supplements and you have to sleep 8 to 10 hours. If your weight is in the healthy range then it is not a problem.

Oh, no. According to my BMI, I am underweight. I've always been underweight. I really eat a lot and I always surprise my friends with the amount of food that I can consume. Haha! =)) I also sleep 10 hours a day.
