Now i eat different kinds of fruit as my dinner.

Fruits are really delicious and also nutrious.I have to say loving it so much.As eating a lot in the daytime,and especially is summer now.So i suppose this is a good diet for me to take.What about your diet and do you think this is reasonable? Thnaks a lot. Happy mylotting.

You have nice way to keep yourself fit for ever. This would not only provide you with proper supplements needed for your good health but would keep your system clean as well. Fruits are about the complete diet for healthy living besides they have no side effects if you are not suffering from sugar and you are not eating too many too sweet fruits. Another big advantage of eating fruits in evenings is that they keep your system clean, better digestion and they work as anti-toxins. Helpful in keeping intestines, kidneys etc working perfectly well. So keep it up, this is too good for you.

Hey,suni.Thanks a lot for support.For i suppose i'm a little bit overweight.And i always want that it is the best if i do not even gain weight.lol,anyway,this is of course better than the greasy food.

May I suggest you to avoid too sweet ones like mangoes etc and also the ones, which contain too much water like watermelon would not be good for you, especially for dinner.

I think eating fruit very well and good for our health and nutrition, but it's too much for lunch instead of eating healthy, especially if a lot of summer activities should drink lots of water, accompanied by fruit.

Its always good to take fruits And fruits are good for health . Its better to take fruits than snacks . I like to take to eat fruits especially mango . I also think one should lots of water to keep oneself healthy.

I do not eat so much fruits but I can manage to eat atleast three different type of fruits in one day. Fruits are very healthy and is one of the best type of diet for everyone.

Fruits are always good for you...I m not on any diet, bec I just don't beieve in diets but I do eat a lot of fruit especially as the weather get warmer....

Since it can also better our skin and help mentabolism,i would like to eat mango and also pawpaw with milk.This is a great one for me.Happy eating fruits.
