Spurs sweep the Clippers

They took their best shot but still managed to come up on top. This is the Spurs' 18th straight win and are now 8-0 in the playoffs. OKC/LA have a big task ahead of them in the West Finals, that's for sure!

San Antonio looks like a well oiled machine now. They appear seamless in their execution. They would be difficult to beat. Tim Duncan despite his age is playing his best ball of the season, peaking at the right time. The series with the Thunder, if OKC gets past LA, may be interesting to watch. Youth and Talent versus Veteran Savvy and Championship Experience. Maybe a better series to watch.

the san antonio spurs are looking very formidable and in every inch a real contender for the nba title. the team sharpens its team line-up with the acquisition of jackson and diaw, and of course, the healthy duncan, ginobili and parker are all key factors in this run for the championship. now that the spurs are on the conference finals, they are waiting either for the thunder or lakers to start the conference finals.
