What time do you wake up in the mornings? I am wanting to start waking up super early like 430 5 in the morning way before my family gets up, so that I get some time to exercise and meditate, and just have some me time. If you get up super early like I want to how do you do it. How did you train your body to get into that mode. I really want to do this but I just have to figure out how. I know that I am going to need to be in bed early, which will not be super hard because I am going to start puttin my kids to bed super early as well.I am just looking for some tips and tricks and wondering if I am crazy for wanting to wake this early every morning?

Today I woke up earlier and went for a run. It's not that hard actually. I suggest you get up early no matter how tired you are and that way you will have to go to bed earlier. Keep at it and you'll be fresh for your new timetable in no time.

Not crazy. The world is quiet early in the morning. I work nights so I don't get up until 8pm which is fine being as I go to bed at noonish. Any adjustments you make should be gradual. 15 mins at a time or so with a few days in between. Otherwise your internal clock will have a harder time adjusting.

I think we wake up early is good, we can do exercise a bit before we do the other things. I used to wake up at 8 am when i go to sleep at 11 or 12 pm. Currently i wake up at 6 am and i go to sleep at 8-9 pm. Well, i need sleep at least 8 hours a day so that if i go to sleep late, i will wake up late after that. In your case, if you want to wake up at fixed time in the morning, you should keep going to sleep at fixed time also.

Hello friend, I thinks it is just a matter of getting used to waking up every morning. Try to sleep early at night then wake up early. Do that for weeks and then eventually your body clock will get used to waking up early you wouldn't even notice it.

Every day i wake up between 6:00 and 7:00,but after wake up,i don't get up immediately. I mediate for about ten mimutes and then read books lie in bed.At present,i spend most of time studying chinese history.I have found there are many differences between textbook and real history,in the textbook, the histroy is backward and boring, but the real history is colorful.I will write articles to tell people the real history of China in the future.

Good day SissyRose, Frankly speaking, I find it hard to wake early in the morning. This is due to the nature of the work that I am doing. Since I am doing an online job that requires me to do it mostly late at night. As a result, I always end up sleeping at dawn time. So, it will be quite hard for me to wake up as early as the time you have stated in your post which is 4:30 in the morning. However, I still do wake up early but it is only around 8 am. Then, the first thing I will do is to say a simple prayer, thanking God for all the blessings that I have received from Him for the past days and thanking Him for the blessings to come. Then, I will do some stretching and basic exercise. After which, I will do and prepare my breakfast plus my mug of coffee. After that, I will again start-up to work on and doing my online duties.

I get up at six, sometimes a little bit before. It gives me time to get a shower in and get dressed and eat before my daughter gets up and it is time for me to get her ready.

I also like to wake up really early in the morning. I feel I have wasted time if I wake up late. Besides, as I get older, I find myself sleeping less and less hours.

I get up for work every morning at 2:00 a.m. I work a dreaded 3 a.m. to 11 a.m. shift Monday through Friday. Of course after a while, you do kind of get used to it. I also like being done earlier, so I have the afternoon to do whatever I feel like doing.

I usually wake up depending on the day between 9am - 10am but then go to bed around 12am. The last few weeks Ive been getting up around 7am as Ive been working. Your body gets use to it but you have to get into a routine and Ive been going to bed earlier. I use to work midnights then early mornings ( starting at 5am ). Im just not a super morning person like some can be.

If you want to wake up that time just set your mind. But if you are so tired also just don't force yourself to do it to. Better take good care of yourself so you can take good care of your children too. You wanted to do exercise, moving in the house and be with the kids is like doing exercise too not just your body but mind as well. If you wanted to relax try to go out with your family.

I usually wake up around 7am every morning, I've been doing so for the past 2 years now. It's great becasue college starts at around 10am for me and I have a good 3 hours to work out or complete any unfinished assignments.

It really depends on what I actually need to get done that day. If I am at work then I have to be out of the house by 8.30 so I will get up and ready from around 7.30 and that gives me enough time to do everything that I need to. If I am not working, then I will not set an alarm and this means that I just wake up whenever my body wants to. I enjoy this much more, as it means that I am able to get the sleep that I really need, and I wake up feeling refreshed rather than just feeling as though I could have done with another couple of hours.

In my experience half an hour before sunrise is the best time to me to wake up. As all surroundings are cool and calm at that time, I too feel calm and pleasant. Besides I get sufficient time in the morning so that I can avoid hurry burry mood later in the morning.

Sad to say but I cannot sleep early and so I also wake up late. Usually it was almost lunch time when I wake up so my breakfast and lunch is just the same. I prefer to wake up since I sleep late to still have 8 hours of sleep. It is hard not to have such amount of sleep.
