Many here think Im new (well maybe I am) *shifting eyes around*.
On my old account maybe once or twice a month I would get that irritating message of join under me from some complete stranger. I dont mind if its a friends or we discussed about it or I asked.
Ive gotten countless message in the last few days about join this or that to earn money. Im ready to tell people off as I just delete the messages and go on.
I hate this starting over you have to put up with this crap even more.

I was surprised to see you had started over. I started over too as there were some folks that were negging me.
I hate that spamming me. I delete them when they spam me.

But I deleted my account because I did not like the username I had. That sounded so funny that I decided to go for a new one. That makes no big difference apart from the earnings have gone down compared to what I was getting before with my 97/100 star. The way I am earning right now makes me feel, I shall emerge with 2-star, so I am delaying it.

I hope you get your old account straighten out... It must be quite frustrating having to start all over again, especially after some 13000+ posts. Is there any chance you'll get your old account back since it seems that it has become inactive not due to your faults?

I am also getting such messages- but how do they manage it? I mean unless you are in their friend's list they can not send you a message - spam or any message for that matter. Does that mean that they send a FR first and then a message asking you to join under them? Is that so? But this is common problem here and can be taken care of easily since you are an old member and know all the tricks of the trade. Am I right? Now I do not how to put an emoticon here so (wink) and (hugs)

It is possible (if you know where to find the screen) to send a FR with a message. It is possible that this is what it happening but, most often, you will get a FR (which you accept) and then the next thing is that you receive spam.
PLEASE report ANYONE who does this to Admin. It is illegal and MyLot takes a very dim view of anyone who does it. Just send a PM to GoAskAlice with the username and a note saying that they spammed you. Admin doesn't automatically see or moderate posts in the PM system, so it is essential that such abuse is reported in this way.
