I have a back pain almost everyday and I think it is due to my sitting position. I always have this and I keep cracking my back. I crack my back many times a day and it is not helping on my back pain. Do you think cracking my back made it worst?

Normally people who sit for a long time and concentrate on work won't realise how painful it and we have to take a break and walk around atlesat within 30-45 mts. and it will give a relax and some freshness. Even I do the same and we have no other options. I used to bend-back or front and trun around like left-right to get an immediate effect. The best thing to resolve is to have 10-15 mts. of body exercise in the morning will make much difference. However, the sad part is that no body has as little as 10-15 dedicated to time for ourself for a better life. Also, we all are much better in giving advice to others and when it comes to us, we are useless. Regards

Back pain mostly comes when when you concentrate a job at a long time. Bending down and doing a job can be a cause to it. These back pains can be removed by doing exercises. Make use of oil massage this will help you a lot. It is much good and better to use ayurvedic oils and i feel it is much effective.

Hi Chicgale, I'm a retired massage therapist. If you are having back pain and you are self adjusting there may be a problem with inflammation. I would highly recommend seeing a good chiropractor. Also, if you feel comfortable taking aspirin... the aspirin would act as an anti-inflammatory for you.

Thanks sherrybelle. I will try the aspirin, and if the pain won't go away, I might see a chiropractor.
