I love to plant potatoes. They are easy too. We also do cauliflower, broccoli and eggplant as well as zucchini. You might want to try some fruit, watermelon, cantaloupe, or honeydew.

Oh I wish we had a farmer who would let us do that. We are stereotypes to the T. Irish and we love our taters.. We really do eat them just about everyday. As for the cauliflower I have done best here with the purple variety and it's pretty too.

Can you grow corn there? Fresh corn is so good! Also, squashes of various kinds and pumpkin if you have room. Squash and pumpkin take a lot of room.

That's so nice that you have such a lovely garden to grow the plants. If I were you, I would plant some herbs like parsley and so on. Since I like cooking, I can take advantage of my garden to grow some herbs. And I can use this fresh herbs to cook. I love China

Your just motivated Im still writing a list, and procrastinating against digging up the garden haha. Zucchini, Spinach, Celery?. I am planning on doing carrots, celery, spinach, lettuce, zucchini, tomatoes, and cucumber for sure. I may try mushrooms, corn, and a few other. I am now trying to figure out herbs, but I am doing catnip as well.
