I'm no fitness expert, but I would say continue to work out but take it much easier. You don't want to fall out of the habit, and your muscles usually ache because they're not used to that kind of work-out. Make sure to keep eating lots of nutrient and protein rich meals to feed your muscles.

Is it efficient? Because when i force it, in a weekor more i won't feel pain anymore ... So I'm afraid that the muscles growth become slower...

It might, but you don't want to hurt or strain yourself. If the muscle pain is bad enough for you to consider stopping working out until it gets better, then you need to take it a little easier to avoid injury.

As far as I know, having pain for your muscles after workout is just fine. It means that your muscle is toning itself. I do suggest that you keep on working out so that your body gets used to the stress that the work out is giving it. From that, it will naturally level up its performance to cope up with further stress and develop your strength and muscle activity.
