i saw option of paypal in alexa ,a site to review and rate other sites.how do i earn with it and how often do i get paid.can anyone explain it?

yes you can get bonus from paypal.

Do you mean Alexa.com? 
It's an Amazon.com site. Amazon likes to use its own payment processing services for everything. I don't think they would be likely to use PayPal at all.
