Well dear that is a lovely dress and I found nothing wrong should you wish to wear one like this as well unless you are a man. But if you are a woman then I think you are not weird at all if you desire to wear this dress and look just as pretty as the model.

On what occasion are you going to use this dress if I may ask? Everybody has a weirdness inside of us. Honestly if you'll ask me its kind of outdated but its pretty. Whatever makes you happy.
