She's Blocked Me! Whatever Will I Do Now??!! Ha

So I have been having this ongoing email exchange lately from a customer on a site called Listia, where we mainly get credits for auctioning stuff. This lady has claimed she never got her item and I used delivery confirmation to prove it was mailed and then actually delivered, to her PO Box. She said she never got it, and that she wanted her credits back as she believes I still have it or something to that nature. This is even after I told her to go to the usps site to check it out herself, etc. Alot of words go on, some not good. She finally then tells me to keep my credits, twice. Then I block her on and off due to the fact I still wanna hear if she's still trying to cause trouble or not. I get an email from the site itself early this week this time saying she went through them now to get her whole 100 credits back. I'm like, WTH! She just told me to keep them, twice. Now she wants them back again?? I go to the site and explain my side of the story which is obviously more credible giving the circumstances she was talking about, etc. Then I email her again with a kind of 'large' email stating what I feel about this situation, etc. Nothing nasty, just honest things, and how I wasn't being rude, stealing her item, etc. as she was accusing me of. She was emailing me so much before the item was mailed off, as if she wanted a new friend or something, but I don't have a heck of alot of time to be overly friendly with people on every site so my emails back I tried to keep to a minimum. But this last time, she was claiming the D/C was too long as the PO told her it was. I explained it was the same number, it is just lengthier on my receipt that I print out, if she knows anything about printing out D/C numbers and receipts online, which she doesn't. Then she was questioning why it had the time on the tracking site as to when it was delivered since she has a PO Box, all these meaningly details as to why she thought it wasn't delivered when it was. I told her to leave me alone, and bye. She responds with the fact I'm the one leaving her page long emails of nothing, and she's blocking me! Now I was finally happy she blocked me, and I hope I never hear from this nutcase again. Nothing I did was wrong, she wanted her credits back so she cold pay back a lady 9000 credits cause she didn't use a D/C number to mail her her item. I wonder if she was giving that lady a hard time too?!

I am, it's just one of those people that just stand out in your mind as they were so mean and rude. I keep checking my email in regards to getting yet another email as a precaution even if she said she blocked me and I blocked her. I think it will wear off though in awhile. Just when I stopped thinking about her she went and contacted the site about getting the credits back so that is what triggered it all again earlier in the week.

That is not fair at all, have she had enough, just ignore, spam, block, alright- - flush it out of your system.

So far she has finally left me alone again, thank goodness. I don't want this kind of person annoying me any longer. I can't provide her with anymore proof than I have about the item getting there, I have no idea why it still supposedly didn't get there, it was delivered to her PO Box.

SHe probably is. It sounds like she doesn't really know what she is doing and choses to go on the defensive instead of admitting to it. Some people can't admit when they are wrong. And I also wonder if she started to take this different tack with you so she could get those points back from you that she needed to pay that other lady back with. People are weird sometimes.

Ya, just consider the course, tell us about it on Mylot, and move on is about all you can do.

She was very accusatory and defensive, over nothing of my doing. No matter what I told her she was trying to find little things that made me look guilty when I didn't do a thing wrong to her. I know, wierd people are everywhere, argh.

no surprise. listia is a pain. i quit it because 2 reasons. mail got extremely expensive here. and wasnt much worth it considering i was not getting many credits for my audio books, but was having to really shell out to win any i wanted. mostly because there was a woman on there that i suspected of pushing up her friends bids on books i wanted. she would bid unbelievable high credits to get me to bid more. finally i just started running out and had a war with her on there . she tried to say she wasnt interested maybe in my books but they were the same type she was bidding me sky high on. i just gave up listia.

I almost want to do that now, I have over 13,000 credits and seriously I don't even know what I want there with them, anymore. I mostly just bid on GC's though and sometimes seeds and stamps. My brother was using it too and he quit, but he didn't say why, it does get expensive to ship for free, but I do charge some $ for shipping most of the time now.

Oh you just know she is giving that person a hard time. I think I have a love/hate thing going on with Listia. One day I am a proud Listian and the next angry. Good thing you had your DC# and so she couldn't get the points back. This is what I wonder. If she read your discussion. Since mostly everyone there is here.

I don't think she read my discussion here, she only seems to be on Listia. I wrote this after all this happened anyways. Hopefully she isn't giving that other lady a hard time, she claims she didn't even have 9000 credits to pay her back but she is getting over 1000 credits on some of her closed auctions.

Wow, you got ahold of a nutcase. Stuff like that is what can make it into an uncomfortable experience, and frustrating as well. But there is some very nice stuff to be obtained from that site.
