Dear mylotters, I think this is really necessary for us and good for our health. So i suppose i should also make my parents do this coz they are old now. This can better prevent some disease and cure in time. How do you think?

It is always wise, irrespective of age, to have a yearly check up so that if there is any disease, it can be detected in the early stage and so have a better prognosis than if detected in an advanced stage.

Your boss has done the right thing and you are also right that this yearly health check is more important for your parents. So go ahead.

I can`t remember clearly how long before I did it. You are correct and it is really serious for everyone, even we feel ourselves are very healthy. We should know some illnesses have no any obvious symptom in the early days. My last leader was very healthy, he even was a Gym teacher when he was young, but just in a general health screening he was confirmed suffering from cancer... we all should take care ourselves, healthy eating, healthy habits and have helth screening on time.

Yes, i definitely agree- i have been telling my parents to do this for a long time now.. But they don't listen. hey say it hurts and it costs too much too. But then sometimes they complain about aches..

Parents always do so and wants to spend less money, otherwise if they do not.It will cost more and most important they are suffer. So i think prevention is much better than cure.Have a nice day,lady1993.
