It's Hard To Light The Candle, Easy To Curse The Dark Instead

The title is the line from Nightwish song The Last Ride Of The Day. I've found there is a truth of this words. What does it mean? For me it meant rather than do something to make things right, we tend to curse our luck when things gone bad. We even tend to blame other people for the mistake we made. More blamming than correcting. Do you all feel the we do the same?

Hmm I am going to interpret this as this. It is easy to hate the evil in the world but it is hard to make a substantial change to what is evil. It really is hard to stand up for what you believe is right and actually do something about it. It is easier to sit and complain about what is evil without actually doing anything to change it. That's what I got out of it anyway.

I like the way you interpret it. Like you say a lot of us just sit and complain but not many will do antyhing to change it. Thanks, I got a new perspective in this verse.
