I lose 3lbs in 2 days.

I weigh myself this morning and i was surprised i lose 3lbs without doin' some exercise. Eating less carb, sodium, & sugar plus drinking a lot of water helps in reducing my weight. And GOOGLE confirmed it as i searched and read articles about losing weight without exercise. I would like to share the link of the articles, can i do that here? The articles are entitled "HOW TO GET A FLATTER STOMACH IN A WEEK" & "HOW TO LOSE 5 POUNDS OF WATER WEIGHT IN 2 DAYS". Do you have any secret to share 'bout losing weight? Share it to us. Well eating only healthy food and daily workout of at least 30 minutes keep me fit. I never had any problems with weight ever since because I've been used to healthy lifestyle. I believe that it is important to engage in daily exercise apart from avoiding food that makes us fat. Losing weight by just eating less is not complete. We all need at least 30 minutes of exercise daily. Brisk walking is the me the best exercise.

I'll surely follow your advise. I can't do a brisk walk daily, so i'll do a 30mins hula-hoop or waist twisting instead. :-)

30 minutes hula-hoop. That is fantastic. I'd love to see you doing that. You know what? I have long been dreaming to learn hula-hoop. I've been so fascinated when I see people who can dance with that round thing without even missing a beat.

wow that's good news specially to people who are lazy to exercise. To me, losing weight is not a problem because I am underweight.. But I was encourage by your story to share this to friends who are overweight and has a great problem of how to lose some weight.

Hello yzakia the only event were i remember loosing weight was my very first paid work. from there i realized i was loosing weight because of my addiction towards work. but as i become lazy i end up eating more after doing something. i think work out is possible and should be done because you might get really weak if you don't eat something, or if you eat less.

We're the same, i lose weight during the time i was working due to stress. But now that im working at home and sit all day in front of the computer makes me double my weight.

Wow.. that is quite effortless.. i never thought it was possible to lose weight without any exercise.. i would definitely go check out the link.. The only thing i do is drink water before eating anything and i chew my food so well..it's a habit.

Eating less at night helps to decrease body weight rather than eating much at day. Taking a little calorie and exercise a little bit help to reduce your body weight. Keep a health style that avoid eating a high calorie often but doing exercise at least 2 days per week. Have a jogging for 10 minutes to 15 minutes is more than enough. Have a nice day.

I think best thing to do to reduce weight is a disciplinary measure in our self. If you still eating heavy...the result was being obese or being big. Better to choose vegetable to eat and control

I agree with you. We indeed can lose weight just by reducing carb intake and eating healthier because I've experiencing the same thing. As long as we had protein in our diet, we will lose weight. Protein is responsible for burning fats and sugar. Carbihidrates just building fats and sugar for use as energy. Cutting carb, take sufficient amount of protein, eats more fiber and don't forget exercise. That is real secret. No gimmick, no expensive beauty centre, no miracle product just plain old fashion eat right and work hard.

I hate on diet, cus it's not healthy. My suggestion is eat 70%full for each meal and exercise everyday, that helps

Diet doesn't necessarily mean eating less, rather it's choosing the food you eat. I agree with you, exercising daily makes a big difference. :-)
