Tears

Most people associate tears with sadness. When they see a person's tear they think she's crying because she's sad. There's tears of joy as well and we might not see this often but most people tear up from laughing so hard or when they are overjoyed. I was crying last night not out of depression but out of joy. I'm happy once again and it's just so overwhelming after what i went through. It's when you didn't expect something to happen and you think your world has ended and then suddenly there's light and all you see around you is the brightness. What are you crying for?

Well, let's say that I, being a man, and especially having already 37 years, it often happens (especially in this bad moment) to be sad, but I do not cry! The pain I keep inside, I go up to get it out to a psychologist once a week, talking about my problems. What I wanted to ask you, dear friend is this: You said that you have been a bad time, for which every now and then you are again sadly. For ma, as your dear friend, could you tell me what happened to you? All of course writing it in a private message. Think about it, then eventually let me know. Your Italian friend Alessandro.

I'm not sure if you were able to respond to my discussion about my son being out of the hospital. That was what made me feeling down.

It's ok to cry. It's your only way of release. I do understand the loss of your dad. I have lost both my parents when i was just 13. It will pass soon and you will see rainbows.

I know what you mean when we are too happy tears stream out of our eyes as well, but sometimes my tears are from exhaustion and sometimes when i feel like i need to get it all out.

Isn't it a relief when we just want to cry to get it all out. After that it's like sunshine after a storm.

I am glad you are happy once again Toni. It shows in your being active here once again. I am happy to see you here again. Me, i always get to cry also, not out of loneliness but out of gratefulness. And this usually happens in the early morning as i am doing my morning prayer. I cry out of happiness, whenever i am praising God for giving me another day to live. But most of all i cry for gratefulness. Though, i have to stifle my crying, lest my husband beside me still sleeping . will again wake up and tease me about it.

I also hide myself from everybody when crying. They perceive me as a tough woman and don't want them to think i'm otherwise. Though i know that crying doesn't mean i'm weak.

Yes, just like you Toni i don't like to be seen crying. People also perceive me as a toughie, but they don't know i am as soft as a cotton. Tears would show in the corner of my eye when i see something pitiful or hear a touching phrase or story.

Oh Toni, I have no idea what I'm crying over. I cry at everything! I cry when I'm sad, I cry when I get really angry, I cry when I'm happy or I'm overwhelmed. I cry when I'm worried, I cry at sad films lol! My eyes even cry a little when I sneeze or yawn. I must just have a lot of water lol!

Yes, I like those moments when I laugh so hard that tears pop out. People also cry from joy as you said one example can be when they see a close person after a lot of time. I don't really cry that often. As a child I cried a lot because of my ego, when I would do bad things and my parents would punish me.

I'm actually a cry baby. I cry watching a drama movie. I cry when i'm touched by someone else's story. But i do cry when i laugh so hard and i cry when i'm emotionally happy.

People who have tears means that it's like a natural pehonemoen for us to get rid of health problem. So i think that we should let it out since we want to cry. That also doesn't mean that we are sad so we cry. It's natural and i will flow it.But honestly,i always cry since i'm not happy or touched by something.

You mean you only cry when you're sad?
