Do you know about Computer Accounting Tally?

I want to take the class of Tally in my Computer Institute I know everything which is required for account. But I not understand the entry of TCS, TDS, FBT and Excise Duty do you know about it for what purpose it is used and how can pass the entry in tally and who will pay all these. I searched in google but not cleared my points. If anyone knows about it then share your views.
