Office treat of employee

Hiding your weaknesses in office, or that of your colleagues, will only mean that they will be uncovered later, when the business could be compromised. Other team members would have wasted their time, and get frustrated, and tempers will fly. If you want to hide any weakness, you better be damn sure it will never be uncovered – this will be unlikely.
