is there any other way to reset my transaction pin on payza and i forgot my secret question answers also?its urgent

The only thing you can do is to contact Support.
Now its 3 weeks over. Whether the problem fixed now ?

Their FAQ says that if you have forgotten the answers to your security questions, then, you need to contact customer support.
