I would hope so for myself personally. I think for the most part I have good habits and no unhealthy habits that I have to break. Which saves me a lot of money. It is crazy how expensive cigarettes and alcohol is.

I don't think that I have many bad habits any more, because I have made the effort to change them lately. I used to be very overweight, and this is because I didn't care about my own body, and I would get into the very bad habit of eating food when I wasn't even hungry which was bad for me, and this then meant that I would put a lot of weight on. But now I have changed my life, and I know that I am never going to get myself into that state again, because I have learned to love myself and realise that I need to do the best that I can in order to look after my body.

I'm glad to hear that you have made the effort to change the bad habits that you have. I think that it is beneficial for everyone to work on improving themselves. After all it's when we think there is nothing wrong that needs improved we get into trouble. I'm so happy for you that you have been taking care of your health. I too am working on watching what I eat and trying to brisk walk regularly throughout the week. I would like to get back in shape. As since I had my daughter I haven't been doing much exercising. But I'm hoping to improve in that regard.

Do my good habits over weigh my bad? I cannot compare because I have no habits at all!OK seriously habits change good or bad and so I don't think I am an authority on the subject!

Well I hope that you have mostly good habits. It is better for us to have good habits than bad. When we have a good schedule of doing good things we feel better about ourselves and our life. Thanks for expressing your thoughts. I appreciate it.

I also don't have those bad habits that you mentioned. But I love to drink cola. I am trying myself to reduce the intake of such kind of drink.

I too enjoy drinking soda. I love to drink pepsi or dr.pepper. I have been doing really good lately on not drinking a lot of pop. Now I will have to work on not drinking a lot of iced coffee. As it does have caffeine too.
