Please help about payza

I added another bank account to fund my payza. the problem is i can't add my bank coz it's always error. even though typed the correct account number it says that the bank account is invalid. Have you guys tried this before? hope you can help me.
And also, with my previous bank account that was link to my payza, there is also a problem too. well that previous bank account was already confirmed in payza but every time i made a bank transfer to fund my payza it wont confirm or validate my phone number even though i type the correct phone number.
I already submitted a ticket about this one but payza did not reply yet. I tried phoning them but i waited maybe 30 minutes but still no one will answer my call... :( hope there is a solution for this....

I never liked much Alertpay and I am doubtful as to how it will work now that it`s payza. I am using the sites that only work with payza until I can cashout and leave them. I don`t trust a cash processor that won`t work with mayor credit cards.

I have Payza, but I only use it to buy referrals for other sites. Only with paypal I can withdraw easily to my credit card.

Then you joined only Paypal or is there any other payment processor that you like/ trust ?
If there are any please mention. Let me too join, it may be helpful in some other earning sites.

What was your account type? It is personal starter? or personal Pro? If your payza is personal starter account, upgrade it to personal pro and try to link again you bank account. I suggest you get the Alertpay prepaid card for only $19.95. That's the one I've been using right now and there is no problem so far. The transaction is going smoothly without any problems. Hope this helps!!! ^^

have you tried withdrawing money from your alertpay/payza account and transferred it directly to a bank in the philippines?

Hello jeanpr2002, sorry to hear about your problem. I've no bank account linked to Payza as I do all my funding with Credit Card which is not working either. I used Solid Trust Pay in my last transactions even though it is a bit more expensive due to fees but it still has the Credit Card option to fund the account. Maybe you can check that out if you still have your money and try to use STP instead?

yeap i will try this one. thanks for the suggestion. my credit card works at payza smoothly only the bank transfer's not... ;( i just want to use my bank transfer as to save charges...

There is always some problem with Alertpay/Payza. That's why I think you can chose Paypal instead.
