Hello friends, I would like to know that do you prefer buying things like shirt, shoe, bag, mobile etc online from any online shopping site or you prefer going to the market trying that thing, negotiating for price and buy it? If you are the one who buy things what are the advantages you get and what are the dis advantages you get?? And if you are prefering to buy in a shopping what are the advantage and disadvantage you get?? I want to hear from you.. I like to go to shop always, try the thing, do some burgaining and then buy it. I generally go to three or four shop, compare the prices and quality and then buy it. But if the shop is very much known to me then I buy from at one chance.

Well I also prefer going to shop because I think this is better. The advantages in buying something online is that is way way more easy to compare prices and also most of the times it is cheaper online. Also there are lots of different things to choose at there which are really difficult to find. Disadvantages in online shopping are lot. Like now most of the sites you buy the thing lets say by PayPal and you wait long long to be delivered and also they could just don't deliver it to you. They could say that the problems is not from them but from the delivery without actually sending it you. Also if you buy like a shoes or shirts you just just't can't understand is it suitable on you and also there might be a difference between the picture in the site and the real one. The advantages in shopping outside are that you see the product first and see is it good quality and then choose to buy it or not. Also you can go out with friends when shopping and have fun when shopping However it has its disadvantages. There is not so big choice when go shopping outside because it is hard to search everywhere to compare the prices. Also it can be sometimes not so good because there could be lots of people in the shop and you just wont feel good shopping. So in conclusion it is out choice where to go. They both have advantages and disadvantages.

Well in that case if you don't have the thing that you want in your town and don't have friends from other country which have it then maybe shopping online is really the only way.

I do not think that I would love to buy my wears or clothes online as I am not given the option of bargaining and testing to check its fitting. But from the shop, which I have to go and transport myself to it, I make my choice to my test. I can bargain also. However, online can offer an advantage of mailing your purchase to your address if you meet a minimum required amount of purchase. It also prove to get the brands or material from the manufacturer directly. One of the greatest advantage of online is that it can done from the comfort of your home without stress.

Hello! I believe there are pros and cons for both: online shopping Pros: you can review many clothes and compare prices faster than on a regular store. prices can be cheaper as a user said here you can buy without leaving your home Cons: you can not test or feel the type of fabric you cannot try on the clothes you have to wait for the product to arrive you have to pay for shipping and handling there is a higher risk that you may not like the product you buy its harder to return the items store shopping Pros: you can test the quality of the product, feel it and try it on you can concentrate on the shopping without having more distractions like you can if you are on a computer and reviewing many sites at the same time you pay and receive immediately what you bought Cons: you may spend a lot of time without finding what you want. This can happen on the internet as well but it has a much broader spectrum of possibilities for less time. I think in the end it comes to the time you can or want to spend shopping, receiving the product and how much you have to pay. Laura.

Oh man I haven't bought a phone online in a very long time. It's not really a priority for me though! Too much money, not worth it! My Blackberry Curve is just fine by me! (Although I really do like the Blackberry Torch - those are so awesome!). I can't buy clothes online though. You just don't know how they are going to look & fit on you. It seems like all brands run differently with sizes. I need to see the clothes on me and see how they fit & feel & look before deciding to make the purchase. Plus, when you buy online, you have to pay for shipping (which sucks)!

When it comes to clothes & shoes, I prefer to buy them in stores. Even though some online sites will list the size measurements, I don't want to take any chances. Also, I don't just care about the size, but how it looks when I'm wearing it. When I buy jeans, I like to make sure the pocket is deep enough so it can fit my wallet and mobile phone. The depth of a pocket is not something I'm likely to find in the description of clothing online. And with shoes, I find I may need to buy them half a size up, depending on how it fits. The only time I'd buy clothing or shoes online is either if I saw and tried it on in a store, but decided t buy it online for whatever reason, or if it were just clothes I planned on wearing in my house. I wouldn't mind if my house clothes don't fit me perfectly.

hey summer do you find any difference in online bought stuff and offline? I mean are the quality same? i think in online shopping cheating is moire easy. And also one thing in online buying you cannot do the bargain. But when we are buying an online product from companies own website then its ok. but from other shopping cart i cannot trust quality of the product. Like naaptol. :)

I occasionally buy bags and shoes online. I like to purchase good finds at a bargain. I usually get tops and accessories as gifts, so I don't buy them anymore. When a nearby mall has a big sale, I also check out the merchandise. I anyone here also lured by big mall sales?

It really depends what i'm looking for :) sometimes I like to look for clothes on the internet or in shops it just depends on what catches my eye, I advise to look round/on both. I usually buy things like Jewelry & make up from Ebay though. there's a lot of deals on the internet so I think its worth surfing to see what you can find as shops tend to be more expensive now.

I usually go to the same store as I went to when I bought a similar item, or I take a recommendation from a friend. I don't usually buy things other than books online because I like being able to try things on, or compare things to other similar things. I will use stores' websites to compare prices, etc, though.

i would much rather visit a store and buy what i want. that way i can try it on, see it from every angle, etc. i would never buy anything electronic online, ever because, what would you do if it didn't work?

Most of the time, visit to a shop or retailer to buy up necessary things is preferred to online shopping. The convenience of selection and quality assurance is guaranteed while you buy a thing from a dealer. Moreover the opportunity to bargain is also an added advantage of window shopping.

Hi Anitoton! I do buy things online and resell them actually. However so, when it comes to clothes and shoes, i prefer to visit a store to see how it fits on me.

There are so many online shopping sites now that almost offer all the stuffs that we need. Convenient in the sense the we don't need to go out to shop. For me I still prefer buying this for real and on shops or malls to see for myself the things that i wanted to buy. But I do have friends who buy clothes online and yet no problems encountered so far.

i prefer going into the store especcially when shopping for things like clothes because diferrent brands of clothing have a different size range, for example a size large armani exchange t-shirt compared to a size large prada t-shirt could be different, sometimes a small or medium in a brand would be equivalent to a large in another brand, another reason is because when your in the store you can actually browse for all the designs and patterns they have and choose one that fits and suits you better...
