The best thing about going on a date is when they let you have fun while you're there. In my opinion, there is nothing worse than having to talk to somebody for several hours just asking questions about each other. You should be able to do something which is nice and fun, such as go to the cinema or something like that, as this will then allow you to have a good time and find out whether you do have anything in common that you could both enjoy doing. One of the best dates that I have been on was going on a boat trip to see some sights and, although things didn't work out with the guy in question, it meant that we were able to have a night which I am always going to remember.

It really doesn't matter where you go as long as you enjoy each others company, that's the best date for me.

I like any kinds of date as long as the person who's asking me to go out for a date is nice and gentle. The best date that I never forget was my first with my husband, that was so amazing and unexpected. I was at home that time doing my school project and he called, asking if I can go out for a date with him. Since I liked him and his nice to me I said yes and I did my best to look good by putting light make up and even dress up because I am expecting that were going to a formal date since its our first date. Then he picked me up and when I asked were we going he just smile and hold my hands. I am supprised when we reached the destination because were going to eat and having a dinner not in the restaurant but in the park were lots of street vendor selling different kinds of noodles and congee we called it (Lugawan). Most customers are starring at me and might wondering why I am over dressed in that kind of place, but anyway I enjoyed that date because that was the first time I experienced to eat in that kind of place and I found it delicious and interesting. Now before we go on for a date I always asked him to tell me were we going to wear the right attire and prevent myself from being over dressed.

Unexpected dates are always the best kind I went on a date with a guy who asked me out I said sure but can it be a bit later so I can change after work he said nope ill pick you up at work work cloths will be fine well he picked me up with a fourwheeling in the back of his truck we spent hours whipping around trails on that this was so much fun we got covered in mud and even got stuck a few times then after we hung out at the river and skipped stones and talked it was a refreshing change of pace and so casual it was great

I like watching a sunset together after a walk along the coastline hand in hand. I do not like a dinner in a restaurant. I would prefer a date at the theater than a date at the cinema. I am keen on seeing productions at theaters. I would find a date at an ice scatting rink challenging. I would prefer a walk together in the countryside and having a vegan picnic by a picturesque viewpoints. In a past relationship our second date was a day trip to France. It was nice to see the White Cliffs from the ocean which we had seen from the land during our first date.

To me it really doesn't matter all that much what kind of date I go on if I'm with a wonderful lady, than I'm going to have fun no matter what we decide to do. Dinner and a movie can be pretty fun but when I do that I like to go to another town so I can try something different than what we have here in our home town. Even just sitting at home and watching a movie and than me cooking dinner myself for a lovely lady is really enjoyable. I enjoy cooking for people because sometimes I can cook a lot better than restaurants that you can go to. Some of my favorite dates are going for walks in the woods and other places of nature. It's really fun to enjoy nature and it really gives you and your date more of a personal feeling because most of the time it will just be you and your date and the great outdoors.

See I find dinner and a movie out no fun you have to be quiet through the whole movie you can't talk and get to know the person which to me is what a date is about getting to know the person and enjoying there company

hai We always go on a simple date, eating ice cream while walking in the park, sitting on the bench while talking, we remember some funny moments then laugh together.. Then walk again just like we're only closed friends that having our time to pass by to solace our self from school stress.very simple but remains in our heart. have a nice day

I enjoy casual dates, just eating out or staying at home, eating a home-cooked meal or takeout while watching TV. I also like the occasional out of towns and special dinners though. But what I enjoy the most is when you can talk to your partner and enjoy it even without doing anything special.

Honestly the best date I was on was when we went to an amusement park. We walked around and talked but we still had so much fun! There were the romantic rides, big water fountains to take pictures and then the fun rides. It was a perfect mix of fun and romance. =) Plus it was the best man I went with, my husband which made it even more perfect.

There is no such thing as a best date. I will say that whatever avenue you choose, it should be something you both enjoy and feel comfortable doing. However, I do give my friends a rule of thumb when it comes to first dates! Never do dinner and a movie!!!! Have lunch or coffee. That way, if you hit it off, you'll want to see each again and if you don't you're not stuck watching the clock all evening!!!
