What do you think about Gather.com? (another writing site)

I don't know how many belong to gather.com, but for those who do-what have your experiences been like?
For those who do not belong yet-it is a similar site, but you can post more writing as articles, poems, etc...They also pay for commenting, posting, and posting pictures. The pay is in gift cards typically though.

I was searching to see what came up for Gather and found this post. I am a amember there. I enjoy and like gather very much. I don't spend as much time as I use to one there. As I would like to. But it seems to be the fastest way to recived gift cards.

I think that gather is getting bigger too and improving things as they go. I started there about a month or so ago after signing up and forgetting about it for awhile. It's interesting to see how the new groups pop up and I'm just getting to know some of the familiar people there. I found myLot from a post at gather, actually

The address to gather is www.gather.com and you can just sign up on the home page there to start. There's a FAQ section to explain more about it but spend some time looking around at the different posts and groups

I was searching for gather and came up with this post too....wow, written 2 years ago!
I've been a member for awhile and didn't even know it, but since the end of May 2008 I've been totally addicted!
