TECHNOLOGY in the outset has done much and even revolutionized human thinking and patterns. The knowledge it had innovated seem to know no bounds. The abstract ideas of science have been turned well into concrete realities. Technical 'know-how' has crept in and evolved newer vistas of knowledge in many fields. With the technological advancement in many-sided fields of activity, arises the problem of pollution .The threat it poses to our environment is inexplicable. The mechanical framework in all spheres turns men ruthless and arrogant at times. Materialistic thinking causes unjust behavioral modes. The usefulness of technology has the darker side of it creating psychological and social problems.
