Hello ROCKHARISH3844 I am a fitness guy and a gym instructor Is good you start a gym training, it is can make you life a bit better and make you positive feeling your mind. At your exercise you should include all 5 Elements of Physical fitness, you can put all of them in one training or to work every day on another element: 1) Flexible and mobility - Stretching before you exercise will make your muscle ready to work out. 2) Coordination - It is the part you can work on only one leg to make your inter muscles and the stability muscles better. 3) Speed - To use low wights in high speed or do an Anaerobic exercise like running, swimming, and more.. 4) Power - This exercise should be with high wights and low returns like 3 sets of 6 returns. 5) Endurance - At the end of the exercise you can go for a long run, like 30 min to burn fat.. Any Questions :) ?

The become at to be looking like those body builder you need to exercise like 5-6 days a week. And to have only 5% body fat. To do so you need a lot of aerobic exercise like running swimming, long walks or cycling.. And when you exercise on the gym do 4 sets of 8 - 12 repetition to gain Hypertrophy. By the way you need a lot of free time to do so. You need to sleep 8 hours a day You need to eat in a Specific hours and combine Aerobic and anaerobic training. Good luck :)

That's a good start for you. Here's my 2 cents about this whole gym, well shaped body thing. If looking like a fitness model is what you mean by well shape body. Start your research about another type of gym, "the kitchen". Most people work so hard, lifting, running, stretching so on and so forth but still can't get the body they wanted is due their lack of knowledge about the most important part of bodybuilding and that is diet. Do more research about diet. I guess the working out part is easy. There's tonnes of it on the internet. Which exercise that is effective for building the triceps, the biceps, the glute muscles, the abs and others. I believe if you could be discipline with your diet, you can also be discipline with your workouts. As for me, i spread my work out in 4 days a week. Monday for biceps and triceps, Tuesday for legs and calves, Wednesday rest, Thursday abs and back and Friday for chest and shoulder with a little bit of cardio. I go for anabolic diet which is high protein and almost zero carbs diet on weekdays while high carbs diet on weekends. I take supplement for faster growth and recovery.

I'd like to add, the reason why i spread my workouts to 1 day equals 1 or 2 part of the body is because i want every lift is being done with quality. I don't want to lift 100 of times end up being tired. I don't think that's how it works for me. I'd like after my gym session i'm still pump up and return home with energy and fire still within me.

Hi ROCKHARISH3844 , a few moths back I have also joined in Gym. I think is good for the people to have fit and tight body. Also it makes the people strong . During that period I was handling with small equipment, so I don't know what are the precautions. I was unable to continue for a long time, because there was not enough time along with my academics. Anyway I will go for the gym in my vacation.

i think the number of weight that you can take as a starter will be small. you can gain power when practicing in the gym more and can take much more weight

Hi there, RockHarish.. So, howz ur workout/gym regime going along? Hope you are enjoying it. When I was in college, I would go to the gym pretty regularly. I would generally work on one set of muscles per day. It really helped me b'cos it didn't tire my body out completely. I used to spread all of the muscle building exercises throughout the week. I also used to put in roughly 1 hour of Cardio - Vascular exercises every day. It helped me & I had become buff (in a good way) within 2 months or so. At the same time I felt really good. So, tell me, what kind of a workout routine have you set for yourself...

Keep your friend! This is number one rule since you can have each other to motivate the other when you really don't want to go that day or week to the gym. You should focus on all areas of the body, and don't go too crazy the first day or you will surely regret it tomorrow. If you are going to be at the gym an hr, spend about 15 min. on each thing. First 15 min, do some stretching, and light free weight reps. Next 15 min. get your heart rate going on a treadmill or bike. Switch to another heart rate with stairs or elliptical. Last 15 min. stretch out again with weights in arms, as a cool down period. Don't keep the same routine everyday otherwise your body will get used to it and plateau. Good luck!
