America is a Nation of Laws

http://pjmedia.com/tatler/2012/06/15/flashback-obama-said-he-is-obligated-to-enforce-immigration-law/ “America is a nation of laws, which means I, as the President, am obligated to enforce the law. I don’t have a choice about that. That’s part of my job,” he said. When Ramos asked a follow-up question about granting formal administrative relief to undocumented youth, Obama was even more forceful: “There are enough laws on the books by Congress that are very clear in terms of how we have to enforce our immigration system that for me to simply, through executive order, ignore those congressional mandates would not conform with my appropriate role as President.” As early as 2010 Republicans were aware of a possible move by Obama to grant amnesty as he did yesterday, to illegals. http://rncnyc2004.blogspot.com/2010/07/administrative-alternatives-to.html Senate Republicans have an internal memo from the Department of Homeland Security that shows the Obama administration "conspiring" and "scheming" to give permanent resident status, or green cards to illegal immigrants in the United States. The 11-page memo prepared for Alejandro N. Mayorkas, Director of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services is titled, "Administrative Alternatives to Comprehensive Immigration Reform." Obtained by Republican Senator Charles Grassley of Iowa, who said the intent of the memo is "to find very secret creative ways to unilaterally circumvent the law and have a backdoor to amnesty." On Mike Huckabee's show, Rep. Steve King said: By John Hill on June 15, 2012 Today, on the Mike Huckabee Show, King said he would sue to stop the new Obama amnesty plan, and that he successfully sued his own state’s governor — and won — over a similar separation-of-powers issue. “I will tell you that — I’m not without experience on this — I’m prepared to bring a suit and seek a court order to stop implementation of this policy,” King said “I have done it once in the past successfully when then-Governor Tom Vilsack thought he could legislate by executive order — and the case of King vs. Vilsack is in the books. Huckabee followed up, asking King: “You plan to sue this administration for implementing something that you believe should have required legislative process and approval?” “That is correct,” King replied. I do not want to debate the issue of immigration. I would like your views on Obama's use of executive orders to circumvent Congress and what you think should or should not be done about it. To date Obama has issued almost 1000 executive orders, some of them giving the WH unprecedented power to enact martial law measures in the face of domestic unrest.

Obama wants this to be "HIS" country. He doesn't care about it or the American people. He's made this clear in his 3 1/2 years in office. Hopefully the people he has brainwashed into believing he's done a good job will open their eyes to see what is really happening in this country.

This man took an oath of office and swore to uphold the laws of this country. By his actions he is choosing to enforcing only selected parts of the law and exempting a whole group of people from the law. By his policy statement he is placing himself above the law. If Congress won't take action the American people should in November.

Conservatives, libertarians, independents all need to AGREE to vote him out of office. Unfortuanately there is much division amongst those three groups. For the GOOD OF THE COUNTRY, we all need to realize that OUR special interests should be put on the back burner until we get this dangerous man out of office.
