I have a problem how to manage time

hi i got problem to manage time, i dont know how to explain, i always over control, i alwasys forgot, to sleep, eat, and even to learn, can't any body help met to share tips for me, please i really need it.

I think the bets you can do to manage your time is to know which is your most priority. You can make your "to do" list in a decreasing priority. In this way you can finish and do what is the most important to you. I hope that could help you.

I am still to young to know what the higher priority, and what lesser priority, can you tell me more about it??

Try using a watch; Keep it on your wrist and when you don't know the time, you can always look down to your wrist to figure out how much time you have left. (Or use an Iphone, whichever one seems to adjust better with you.) Keep a schedule; Perhaps make a list of things you should do as well as the corresponding time with the action. Hope this helps, but I totally recommend as a first to sleep at the usual sleep time your area may be.

Actually i bit alergic to wirst watch, some how, my wrist got itchy if i used it for long time, but i really aparciate it.

So the problem is that you have too much control over your time? Like you're a little bit too organized? I can be the same way sometimes. I was going to say make some to do lists or download a management app on your smartphone if you have one, but that may just make it worse control wise! If I were you, I'd take an hour or so a day just for you to sit back and relax! Maybe even more time if you have it. Just have some 'you' time and maybe it'll help you unwind!

Make a list of all the things you have to accomplish for the day. Make sure to follow the schedule strictly. At the end of the day, check if you were able to accomplish the things you have listed.
