There are 2 kinds of sweat: healthy sweat and un healthy sweat. Unhealthy sweat contains more acid and fat. the ones who does not sweat easily by heat have physical condition in danger, as the acid in sweat will be sticky. It means that the body mechanism doesnt know how to controlle body temperature normally. If you are sweat asily cos of the heat, then its just normal and healthy for you.

sweat - Perspiration (sweating, transpiration, or diaphoresis) is the production of a fluid consisting primarily of water as well as various dissolved solids (chiefly chlorides), that is excreted by the sweat glands in the skin of mammals. Sweat contains the chemicals or odorants 2-methylphenol (o-cresol) and 4-methylphenol (p-cresol), as well as a small amount of urea. Sweat itself is not the cause of body odor, but rather the bacteria on the skin which feed on the sweat.

In humans, sweating is primarily a means of thermoregulation, although it has been proposed that components of male sweat can act as pheromonal cues.

Evaporation of sweat from the skin surface has a cooling effect due to the latent heat of evaporation of water. Hence, in hot weather, or when the individual's muscles heat up due to exertion, more sweat is produced. Sweating is increased by nervousness and nausea and decreased by cold. Animals with few sweat glands, such as dogs, accomplish similar temperature regulation results by panting, which evaporates water from the moist lining of the oral cavity and pharynx. Primates and horses have armpits that sweat like those of humans. Although sweating is found in a wide variety of mammals, relatively few, such as humans and horses, produce large amounts of sweat in order to cool down.

A study has discovered that men, on average, start perspiring much more quickly than women, then twice as much when they are in the middle of exercising at the same relative intensity. When men and women exercise at the same absolute intensity there are no differences in sweating responses.
This is good information, I didn't know this. Anyhow, when you said 'unhealthy' sweat, does this mean that you'll be sweating even if you're not doing anything and the weather is not that warm? Have a great MyLot experience ahead!

You have to go to air conditioned places to keep you cool. you can also bring a pocket fan to cool yourself. Personally, I am not that sweaty and I think it is just right because I am a girl. I read an article online saying that sweating is actually healthy! it just means that your body has high metabolism. good luck on your problem :) happy mylotting.

I once experienced sweating a lot when I got sick 3 years ago. it's one of the symptoms of having a hyperthyroid or goiter. Hopefully, you don't have this kind of illness. if you're not that active physically, it,s better to see a doctor. just a friendly reminder. Have a healthy life!

I think my friend, there is nothing wrong sweating too much not unless you have health disorders. Your friends might be annoyed with you because they don't have what you have. I think sweats provides moisture to our skin and prevents the skin to dry. You don't need lotions to make your skin healthy and lively. I sweat really fast and I live from a tropical areas, and I am getting used sweating fast.

I do sweat a lot too. Most of the time I would have sweat dripping off my face with just little works. This kind of condition is called hyperhidrosis. If you try to search about it on the internet, you will find some treatment options yet none of them really works permanently. Including the ETS surgery. Anyway, I have found a website named earthclinic where some hyperhidrosis patients has managed to find several solutions. One of them would be magnesium citrate in ionic form or liquid form. Some had reduces sweating after not even two weeks taking this supplement.

I would consult a doctor. It isn't normal to sweat so much, so you must have a bit of an unhealthy lifestyle. Either way, a doctor should suggest the best way to help.

I also sweat a lot when it is hot or during summer. That is healthy then. The only way we can eliminate toxins in our body are through sweating it off and urinating. That is why we need to drink lots of water. The more you drink, the more the sweat and pee is good to pass toxins out in our system. Unless- you have some health problem that causes you to sweat a lot- but if you are in good health, then sweating a lot is good.
