Today I dont need to go to work since my patient accompanied by her daughter. So last night I marinated chicken breast with ginger, garlic, ground pepper, soy sauce, lemon and little bit sugar. I let it stand for the whole night in the fridge. Now I stir fry it and its very delicious. I will served it with mixed vegetables and steam rice with glass of fresh orange juice. OUr breakfast very healthy and yummy. My husband is still sleeping but I am going to wake him up so that we can have our breakfast together. Hope he will liked it. How about my fellow friends? How you marinate your chicken? And what did you take for breakfast? Thank you for sharing. Have a wonderful day!

I loved your recipe, friend. How do you cut the chicken? I imagine that you must cut it in small pieces to stir fry it. Or is it in another way? Most of the time I just marinate chicken with salt, pepper and lemon juice when I roast it. But I marinate it in different ways depending on what I will do with it.

I will surely do it when I come back from my vacations. I love to discover other ways to stir fry as it`s a lot healthier than other tummy ways of cooking. I`ll use my wok, of course. That way I can also add the veegies I like to use.

Wow i am seriously so hungry reading your post. Haha i know this post is quite old, but when it comes to eating chicken i am always new for them. Well i marinate my chicken with lemon juice, ginger garlic, honey, coriander-mint-green chilly paste, green cardamom-cinnamon powder and little bit of salt and yogurt. I keep it for 6 hours or overnight and then we fry this chicken with oil, onion red chilies and other dry spices. Trust me it tastes heaven. And this has been a family recipe for us.
