because they leave bad smell after the good smell is gone. i guess it would depend on the brand that you buy. but i hate it whatever brand as the smell is not that great. i want some smell like real fruit. so i don't want some artificial smell. i would rather clean my place and have good smell after cleaning it. there are so natural cleaners that we can use so i don't want to resort to air freshener. but they like using air freshener. usually this can of air freshener would last so many years with me because i don't use it when they buy one. i just have it sitting in some corner.

I mostly used to make use of air freshers after the cleaning of my room. I had got them free when I was shopping and now I just spray them at all the time.

I don't really like most air fresheners. I think they are too strong and artificial smelling. I had one, it was a reed diffuser and it smelled like bamboo and lotus flower... or something like that. It was really nice but the problem with reed diffusers is by the time they've soaked up all the oil and the reeds have dried up, the fragrance you had is "out of style" and there's a whole new collection to choose from. And I haven't been able to find another that I like.

Hello hotsummer I do not use air fresheners as they are just made to cover up odors. Like you, I would rather keep my place sparkling clean so that I don't have to worry about odors. Sometimes I will burn a candle because I like how the lighted candle looks and also the scented candle adds a nice scent. Peace

Hey PageTurner , I did not ever made use of a candle to have the freshener and a good smell. I think I should make use of the candles after the air fresher's bottle is clean

Yes, try a scented candle sometime, thewonderboy. But make sure it's safe!!
