most people had to call the bank to check their balances,or wait for a paper statement to arrive in the mail.weather forecasts came over the phone from the weather bureau,or on TV.and now if you had a computer,you discovered a new way to this cool,new thing called the world wide web.fewer than one in seven anericans were online in 1995.today,the majority of anericans are surfing the web,the interest has transformed the way people live,work and play.people can arrange for their bills to be paid automatically shile they are gone.they can put a hold on mail delivery,find directions to tourist attractions and get a long term weather forecast before they pack.

I think that it is shocking the amount of effect that the internet can have on our lives these days. I used to have to go out to the local town at least a couple of times a week either to do the shopping or to go to the bank, but now I don't even have to do that if I don't want to. If I need anything, I know that I can always just order it and then have it delivered to my house a couple of days later. It means that we are becoming a lot less social because we don't need to leave the house as much as we used to, so we have to make sure that we're still getting enough exercise in order to keep us healthy, however I do think that the internet is a blessing because it has made our lives a lot easier.

internet actually made great change in our social life,we can contect friend with MSN instead of writing letter,and when we have some questions,we can logic the wikipedia to find the answer.but we also need some real avtivity,such as climbing and swimming,we can't do on internet.

Internet had changed many people's life and it makes thing easier and possible. But sometimes, it makes us less personal because instead of calling or meeting your friends personally you will be contented by chatting with them on net. But of course it all depends on individual how it will positively or negatively affect you. In general, internet is very helpful.

internet caused the lack of communication between people and people,but still internet caused the communications between diffient countries.so i am have to say,internet is one of the greatest invention.

yes INTERNET connection has changed people's lives - good or bad. INTERNET connection can be good if use in the right way but it can be very bad if not use properly. SO have the internet in the right way...just like mylot! earning through internet!

you are right.everything has two sides,avtually including internet.earning money by internet is good,but there also many children indulged in playing games,this is too bad for their growing.
