At this point, its appropriate to tackle the notion of nutrition as a means of preventing overall health regression. The following advice may help to improve ones appetite and thus foster the chance of better nutrition. -Eat small servings more frequently if you can't partake of normal meal quantities. -Have a small glass of sherry or brandy half an hour before a meal so as to stimulate your appetite. It would also help digestion process. -Keep healthy snacks such as nuts, fiber-enriched crisps, grated cheese and fresh or dried fruits handy to nibble on. -Eat cold food if the odor of hot food is not appetizing. -Try to relax and not do anything else while eating. -Include tryptophan- enriced foods in the diet such as milk, chicken, etc.

Yup! Vegetables and fresh fruits is the best meal. Imagine, there was no cooking utensils thousands of years BC, and all of their food were fruits. Just as Prov. 15:17 says, Better a meal of vegetables where there is love than a fattened calf with hatred.

It could be the best if you could resist yourself from eating bad food. Think. You eat a week of healthy food and at one meal you ate bad, it is a waste of the whole week staying healthy. It is harder to remove the toxic effects of bad food.

@ Kashidanga - The best advise is to stick to your diet plan and eat right whatever is the temptation. Once in a while is no problem but do not make it a habit. I hope every one who loves his/her health goes by this golden rule. Cheers.

Hello Danzy, That's great information! I always try to eat small servings frequently than to eat only at normal meal.I know this is good for digestion. One more thing i would like to add is drink more water/fluid and eat at least few hours before going to bed at night.

Yep! Water in keeping one's health is indispensable. It can actually heal many disease. I think I made a post regarding this one. Hmmnn. Drink 2-3 glasses of H2O after waking up and same goes before you go to bed. just don't drink immidiately after meals. Count 15-30 mins before drinking water.

That is practical guide for having good meal. But I would like to add: -eat balance food (vegetables, fruit, meat, and grains) - do not over eat. -drink more water than others. But do not over. And do not forget to maintain your schedule to go to toilet (never delay too long). Why? the food intake surely will be toxic if can not excrete. Wish everyone healthy.

In my case, I usually go to the toilet immediately when my butt tells me to go there. hahaha. I don't wait for it to bother me when there is no time to do it. hehe. I would also like to add, I forgot to emphasize, avoid pork as it brings not a few disease to the body.
