May I suggest something about the earnings special?

I think it would matter the day. I am apt to say I would be too busy on Christmas to get on here and type much. Though a quarterly day or something would be enticing.

I think it is a GREAT idea! Random days once and awhile unannounced so people have to log in to My lot and pay attention to when the promotions are running would be a lot of fun! Regardless of what my lot does it was nice of them to offer this to all of us because of the issues. That is why I like it here

Actually, I've been participating more on mylot here lately, not because of the gift that admin has given to us this week, but instead because of the fact that one of the sites that I had been using all the time is gone now, so instead of multitasking with that site and mylot like I had been doing, I've been devoting more time to mylot. So, my short answer would be that I wouldn't participate more often, but I would be grateful for the gift that they gave to me from time to time.

No, as you can see, having the earnings special at a random day or even on holiday will only make inactive members to go active on that day. Yes, they would participate more but I kinda prefer those normal days even there's no multiple in earnings instead of seeing inactive and new members flooding the discussion's area or sometimes a posting on a discussion nonsense things like the topic about "mylot has quadruple earnings ...". If you know what I mean :)

Yes I would participate more if special earning days were offered. I made the suggestion to myLot yesterday but didn't get a response which is fine. More exposure for myLot plus more cash for members sounds good to me. Hope something like this is considered.

I couldn't agree more. I am on another site that used to do promotions on days that were typically slow. They didn't announce them ahead, but on the morning of the promotion. That way people that normally would show up, still showed up and were active, but it seemed to catch some random people that happened to pop in and realize things might have changed a bit. Let's face it, people like to earn online.

That would be so awesome if they did that. I try to participate on several sites regularly and make more of an effort on "special" days.

I think that such promos would generate a lot more interest in the site and lure back members who haven't stopped by in a long while. People tend to love special promotions like that. Who doesn't like a boost in earnings? I know that I would definitely participate more if the site did that.

It is certainly an idea but not sure if it would have good results. Perhaps it would make for a boost in participation but it might effect the general sense of equality? Not sure about that though. Another possibility would be suggest a reward for something that could be helpful? Not sure what that would be either, possibly discussions about reaching out to newer members? Many present members would welcome anything connected to making money. Something in tasks perhaps.
