Our Exercise

Since January, we have been working really hard at exercising and eating better. I have lost 50 pounds. My husband has lost about 40 pounds. We have found the exercise that works best for us is walking. On top of daily walking, we do swim, the elliptical, and my husband does some weights when he has time. We try to walk at a minimum of 10000 steps a day using our hand little FitBit to help us. We love the FitBit. It is discreet and has really assisted us in our weightloss. It is the best $100 bucks we have spent in a long time. What exercise tips and tricks do you use to get you motivated and working? Any other FitBit users in the world of mylot?

First of all congrats on the weight loss I have lost 40 this year so far and am hoping for 10-15 more to be at my goal weight! I feel so much better about myself and I love clothes shopping now lol. I use my kinect to work out a lot. They have some fun workout games to switch up my routine. Otherwise I love walking every where too. I will have to see if I can find the FitBit in stores here. Sounds like a great thing to have! Keep up the AWESOME work
