Hello mylotters. I am thinking to join Postloop, but since everybody is talking about how hard it is to get approved, I would need some advices. I have a friend who is an English teacher, and he was rejected for bad grammar. This makes me believe that for me is impossible to get accepted. I am not a native English speaker so... So for those of you who are members on postloop: Can you give me some tips to get approved?

I worked for some days at this site and then my account was frozen. I am not a native English speaker too. However, there is nothing wrong with my grammar in the posts I made there. It is very hard to sustain there. I would not recommend this site to anybody. Though I got approved and was able to post, they eventually rejected me. Thus my hard work went to waste.

There are many people complaining about being rejected after being accepted at the beginning. I was accepted, but since I was away from my home for a couple of weeks I haven't made any new posts yet. I hope I will not be disappointed.

Hi friend, this site needs friends support, i.e our friends must give rating to us to get approval, they select the members based on the reputation, if some of our friends rated us with good score we will get more score and get approval from this site. By the way, i am also rejected by post loop and i learn this info after my rejection, anyway i am very much happy with my writing sites.

I was told that you need someone inside to be approved. I managed to get accepted but having a higher rating is a problem indeed.

Your friend may have been turned down for other reasons rather than grammar. Postloop likes relevant posts of at least three or four sentences, and they should be original thoughts which further the discussion. I've been a member since January, and I'm earning around $80 a month, so it is possible to earn well there. They are very hot on standards - it's the main reason I joined. I get sick of reading some of the rubbish that gets posted on some sites, so it's nice to work with professional people who pay out regularly.

That is a nice amount in deed. It is true that many forums are filled with spam and low quality posts, which makes them very hard to read.

I'm not a native English speaker and yet my membership application was approved so yes, it IS possible to be accepted to Postloop. I've been a member for a while now, and I've cashed out numerous times. The site is amazing! Proper grammar is indeed a must though, and you must only post on the forums relevant to your interests.

You should start believing in you.If your friend is a teacher, it is not necessary that he can write English better than you.It is just matter of thinking that your friend is teacher thats why he is better in speaking, writing or listening English and you dont have any thing to loose just believe yourself and try it.

There's that old saying that goes something like "Those who can - DO. Those who can't - TEACH". Sounds like that may be the case with the friend! Might I suggest a little book that has been very helpful to me in terms of writing? It's called The Elements of Style by STrunk and White...it's constantly updated. I used this in college and never got less than an "A" on a paper. I've also never had an article rejected for poor grammar.

Thank you very much for the book recommendation. This is the first time that I hear about this one. It seems to be very helpful

Postloop has high standards, and grammar is not the only thing. It can be a wrong spelling, or a comment not relevant to the discussion, etc. But to give you a few tips, always double check your posts, make sure that your comments have sense and will further the discussion, and try to reply with at least 3 or more sentences. Just take time in replying to discussions. Good luck and hope all goes well!

I also rejected from postloop but I don't think my grammar is bad. I double checked all the grammar, spellings but still got rejected. I am not a native English speaker, I think it is difficult for non native English speakers to approved by them.

If you're not a native English speaker, Postloop is unlikely to accept you. I think it's unfair, but I realise it can be difficult for them to tell who's a non-native speaker and who's just bad at grammar. If you download OpenOffice or some other text editing software which has spell check and grammar check options, you can write out your posts in that first. Hopefully that will help you make sure your posts are okay for Postloop. Beyond that, there's really no help I can offer. Double check your posts before submitting, and hope for the best. Getting accepted by Postloop is difficult, as they have really strict guidelines. I wish you luck. :)

Hello, if I were you I will not try applying in postloop. They are not fair and they use first the post of their applicant and then declined or rejected the application. Better stick to mylot, at least here all members are welcome.
