In the last couple of weeks I've gained 6lbs back and I'm not happy about that. I've been eating far too much and have been eating a bit more junk than I should be. So now I've got my plan set in place and started this morning on it. I have my diet shake that I'll drink in the morning and am trying diet pills again. I'm hoping that this will work, but only time will tell. Again, it's going to be a challenge, but I'm up for it as usual. Maybe it will work out this time.
