I'm having trouble sleeping

...And I have no idea why, honestly. I work out, so it would only be logical that I would be tired afterwards; I use the computer a lot that one would think that my eyes would immensely hurt afterwards, and yet, I just can't sleep. I'm functioning on six hours of sleep a day even though I can sleep for a longer period, and I only fall asleep at seven am, and I begin my day at one pm. It's a cycle I can't shake, and it's messing up my body clock horridly. Any idea of how I can sleep at proper hours?

I really have problems with my sleep pattern too, I wake up at a set time for months and then it changed to a new time it's like 3, 4, or 5 in the noting and can be quite annoying, I will take that advice into account though.

Sleeping by the beach - No problem with sleeping
What time do yo usually work out. It should be done in the morning not during the night. As I could see you body clock does not coincide with the normal. It maybe because you conditioned your body to be that way. You must have had too many late nights so that you body has been used to sleeping at such late time. Well the only solution is for you to re-set your body clock once again. Work out in the morning and do whatever you have to do during the day, don't tire yourself up because too much weariness is one reason why some people could not sleep well. Also your melatonin level might be lower than the normal so you can try taking melatonin starting with 1.5 mg daily, taken 2 hours or less before bedtime. If this is not effective, gradually increase the dosage until an effective level of up to 5 mg is reached daily.

I'd agree with the first who posted a response. You should organize your sched. It's a no no to do any physical activity any time late in the afternoon. Your body will be so alive by the time you're about to go to bed. Learn the practice of thinking nothing once your in bed. Try drinking apple juice before bedtime. It helps. ^_^

Well, try to reorganize your daily schedule. First, don't work out late in the day. I play football at six pm and when I come back from my practice or match, I'm not able to fall asleep at all so I go to bed as late as at twelfe pm. Simply try to do things a bit differently from what you are used to now.
