A call from unknownn caller!

I answer to unknown callers, but if they are so bothering, I will just ignore them. Sometimes people we know call us with unknown number because they have no credit in their cell phone anymore or probably in somewhere outside their home. If the unknown caller acted like you told, then I would just ignore him.. :)

hi tess, i do answer unknown caller because i think may be my own people whom i know may try to call from a new number if their fone doesn't work or battery is down. And who knows it can some emergency call. I always answer all calls coming on my fone. have a good day.

Yes I answer unknown callers because I post my resume on the internet looking for jobs, and usually employers calls me thru the phone number I posted. Of course we cannot filters all the calls and some are just calling for pranks. For pranks callers, I am putting down the call immediately because I think those people are just a waste of time and phone battery.

Yes, because sometimes it might be an emergency. And sometimes my friends who have no prepaid credits borrows cellphone from their friends and call me with a number not registered on my phone. SO i just answer them.

I never answer calls from unknown numbers, I think if it is anything important they can leave me a voice mail and I will get back to them.

I also answer unknown callers just like what you do. We don't know if it's an emergency or sometimes they are from companies we applied for. But there are just some people who tried to bother us and I really hate it. I directly tell them not to disturb me and I don't want to waste my time on nonsense things.

I do not receive such calls where the caller would say that she rang my number by chance and if I could be her friend.

I don't bother to pick up the calls.(^^) yeah, I am such a person. I don't take calls from stranger. Since there are just a few people who would call me so I know I should not get any unknown number. Plus, actually I hate phone calls so it's hard to see me calls someone or get a phone call from others.(^^)

Indeed, I sometimes get this kind of unknown calls too. Some may just be a wrong number, some are those who guessed your number and say they want to befriend with you. On the other hand, some are with good reasons such as a call from bank, companies, school, survey and competition. I would always answer any phone calls including those not in my contact list because it may really be something urgent.

Sometimes I do answer calls from unknown numbers... it might be an important one... if it is not then I would promptly say "sorry"

I answer unknown callers too, but when they tell me that they just finger-guess my number, I hang up right away and text them not to bother me anymore.

Hi friend, i am also in your sort, don't miss any calls, as some of our friends or relatives may change their number and come from their new number, so always i attend all the incoming calls from the strange numbers, if an unknown person is making fun with that call, i will cut the call as well as save the number as unwanted

I also answer unregistered numbers thinking in the positive way that it might be in an emergency situation.Moreover I also pay sometime in order to answer my doubts.I always value the phrase taht You will never know the answer if you will never take the risk of asking.However, we can't avoid that there are really some foolish callers that there has nothing to do with their life.

I'm not embarrassed to say that every call I get is an Unknown Caller because I don't have caller ID, LOL. But I answer it anyway, either way you can just hang up if you don't know the person.

LOL! With the promos of unlimited call and text our providers are offering nowadays, this scene is usual. As for me, I sometimes do not receive calls from unknown numbers unless I received a text from that said number first informing me who he/she is. I know that sometimes it could be an emergency, thankfully, there was no such case yet, still I just have this attitude. Well, of course I would answer any call most of the time, but there are just times that I want to at least know who my caller first before I answer.

Those pop up on my cell all the time, I think they are annoying. Especially so when you are expecting an important call. I just ignore and delete.

I don't answer unknown caller or calls from blocked numbers... If its an important call, they'll leave a message...

I have answered the phone when I received a cll from someone I didn't know, but I don't anymore. When I did answer them, they would just hang up anyway, as I guess they figured they had the wrong number. I have a call blocker on my phone for such annoying phone calls. I have one that when I answered the first time, they hung up, and after that, they just kept calling and would do the same thing, so I finally put them on the call blocker. They try to send me a voicemail, but it ends up being a blank one or it gets cut off. I am glad I put them on my call blocker. They will call several times a day, and now nothing, so I figured they finally got the message, that I didn't want to be bothered with them. I find it easier not to answer, as most are just trying to get information from me anyways, and I won't give personal information out to anyone. Take care, and have a very good day.

i have an online store so i can't ignore callers with unrecognized numbers. and i always start with a greeting just in case its a new customer who's calling

With my kind of work, a have a lot of unknown or unregisted numbers calling my phone. Sometimes I have a lot of urgent calls to attend to. I believe we should answer those calls, who knows that could be someone else informing you that you legitimately won a million pesos or a chance of a lifetime event. Wow But we need to be assertive on things also. Thanks
