Through out the world there are so many migraine patients. We know that sinus problem, stress and overwork are liable for migraine. But many of migraine patients don't know that dieting is one of the causes of migraine pains. But how dieting or food habits make migraine problem acute. Quoting Dr. Sunita Dubey The Times of India says, in a family if there is migraine or mental stress this problem can turn in serious condition. But dieting can also make acute the migraine pain. She says, one of the causes of migraine is the change of hormone. If there comes a big change in hormone the migraine pain increases. By dieting if you hard control food habits or take less calorie from food your migraine can be heightened. It will turn serious if you take much less carbohydrate. Because our brain only accept carbohydrate as fuel. Moreover if blood sugar comes lower the migraine pain can also be increased.

I agree with that.when people do not eat a balanced diet at regular intervals , there is always a chance that you could get a headache .This is mainly because there is not enough oxygen in your system .Deep breathing and acu-pressure are the two very effective measures that help you get rid of headaches in a matter of seconds..In fact I never take any tablets or medication for a headache after I started acu-pressure..

Yes, I will admit I know a lot of my Migraines are Hormone related, and a lot of time the proteins and things I will eat can often help keep more of them at bay. I have also taken other medications from time to time that have helped keep these at bay, and know at times if I do not always eat as much as I should I have gotten Bad headaches or migraines as well. So not eating right and skipping meals can cause these to get worse for sure.

Yes Krause, what you told about migraine all are correct. I will like to add : drink water as much as you can. Water therapy is most effective to get rid of migraine.

i find that if you eat too little food or skip meals, this can be a cause of severe headaches. i know i get them if i don't eat enough because when i was in highschool, i was bulimic so i have to be careful what i eat and and that i do eat.

I guess this is the reason why most natural doctors recommends to their patients having experiencing migraine to eat because you are just hungry even you don't feel it. It has something to do with the food level in your body. Thanks for this great information.
