I don't know whether I can relate it to my experience, but since you said you are in a job, I just wanted to share it. 18 years back, I had severe knee pain and it was growing. Later I just found that my chair was little high and my legs weren't resting on the ground. When I replaced my chair with a shorter one, the knee pain was gone and I never had that again. Just check whether your feet are resting on the ground while you are sitting. If you can't replace the chair, just put something like a short stool under your feet.

I can suggest you to take Glucosamine after consultation with your physician. I heard that there is one particular brand (vestige) which helps in regenerating the synovial fluid and addressing the pain as well. But that should be tested for allergy first, because it's being derived from a shell-fish. (People allergic to shell fish shouldn't consume it. I consumed it previously and I felt severe palpitation and vomiting sensation for about half an hour.)

Hey it was bad to hear about your leg pain. I can understand the trauma you must be going through now as your job is at stake because of your illness. There are certain ailments that even doctors can't prescribe and cure. In that case God is the sole person who can cure your ailments. Just have faith on God and i would personally pray for your speedy recovery. Take as much of rest as you can and avoid walking on stairs or on floors.
