Are you the type of person?

I use to be a huge collector but i don't get out looking anymore. One reason because i have a houseful of 'STUFF' that i like & don't need anything else. The other reason is my health keeps me from getting out much. I love pretty glassware,wall-pockets, silhouettes,carnival glass & the list goes on & on,.

I am actually completely the opposite, and I hate to have things in the house that I don't need. I like to keep everywhere clean and tidy, and like to get rid of things as soon as I possibly can when I have finished using them. I have a boyfriend who likes to collect things, and his flat is horrible and cluttered because of all of the things that he's choosing to collect. I don't know what's going to happen when we finally move in together because we're so different in the way of how we like to live, so it will be interesting to see how well we manage to compromise.

I thought I was but then I realized it's all like just a phase to me. It probably has something to do with my laziness or I just get bored really fast. For example, I started collecting keychains and then I dropped it for no apparent reason, I would start a hobby and just grow bored of it just as instantly as I started it.

I remember back when I was 10 years old I loved collecting different types, colors, and designs of writing pens. When I turned 18 or 19, I collected WWF wrestling magazines - basically anything that had Shawn Michaels featured in them. There wasn't much in the bookstore I used to buy it from and I had no means of ordering magazines by mail. By the time I was 21, I worked as a personal tutor for this 9-year-old kid and I worked with him for 2 years. By the time I resigned from that work because I was to go to another country for another job opportunity, I decided to give my magazine collection to him.

When I was younger, I love collecting stationaries, especially the scented ones and the ones with very cute monogram prints on it. Now that I'm older, my interests are still almost the same, but now I collect writing pads, notebooks and planners. I love makings lists, writing down recipes, quotes, sometimes I also doodle. Even if I already own a PDA as an agenda and now a tablet, I still have to have a notebook. I just love the feel of paper and pen. My handwriting isn't really that very nice but it's not as hopeless as the doctor's prescription :)
