Have you a log in problem at Earneasycash.info ?

I have an account since 3 years at Earneasycash -- an Aurora PTC --, where I have been paid several times. When I tried to log in today, I got a "user name and password don't match" message. After several attempts, I asked to send a new password to my email address -- some PTC/PTR sites are using this method and are resetting the password to verify that an email address is still valid -- ; although it said that a new password was sent, I received nothing, but a support ticket to the site worked and I got a "Support ticket opened" email at the same address. I don't know if it is a mailer problem, a temporary site problem, or... the beginning of the end -- this site is less generous than before since a few weeks --. If you are a member, have you a problem to log in ? Have you had a problem with this site recently ? Every feedback would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have the same problem, it's seems like admin is on holidays or something because it's not fixed yet.It shows error and when you ask for the password, you get nothing in your email.Strange.

It is possible, and it is Sunday too. However the site has several people helping the PO, and I have not received a response to my support ticket for the moment, though the mailer is working for support tickets. We will see in 2 or 3 days if everything works again...

I have received a new password today : you should send a support ticket if you have still a problem.

hello it may be problem with site. It is also happen with me when I try to log in donkey mail. some time they didn't recognise my email Id. so it is problem with site. Wait for some time every thing will be o k. Good Luck.

Hi anil, I never had this problem at donkey, but I had a few others and I always found a very responsive admin. It happened to me at no-minimum when it was managed by Guy : he was resetting the passwords once a year to control the email addresses. But when you were asking for a new password, you had it instantly.

To be frank, I have come accross the same situation with you. I have joined neobux four years ago, and I have been paid many times,but one day, when I try to log in, I found that it is impossible to log in, it always show that use name and password don't match, But i am sure that user name and password are right. then I known that my account have been suspended, I didn't know why?
