Last week i brought a mobile phone which contain android operating system. Unfortunately I cant make 3g video call over my phone. Any one know how I can make 3g video call over my android phone. Please help.

IS your phone 3G or 4G capable? Do you have the function that allows you to have 3G/4G active on your phone turned on?
What program are you using to try to make the calls?

what android phone do you have? Because some phones its impossible to make video calls because it doesnt have a front facing camera. Popluar android phones are samsung , or even lg. Newer phones you will most likely find a front facing camera. If the phone you have does have a front facing camera then i would download the sype for and ask your family and friends to to download the app.
