do you bite your nails?????

yes i do have the habit of biting nails....am unable to stop it....if u know please lemme know how i can stop it...plzzzzzzzz

I do not bite my nails but my best friend does. We suggested that she paints her nails and she has ever since gone to the manicurist to have her nails done. And you know what.... she has tremendously cut down on biting them. She still does occasionally especially when she is in a heated discussion or when she is watching a movie but other than that, it has worked for her quite well. Try it. Good Luck!

Yes I bit my nails as well. I have ever since I was little and I just can not stop. I have tried this no-bite polish stuff as well, but even that doesn't work. I bite it, taste the bad stuff, and just keep biting. I want to stop, but I just can't. If anyone knows a remedy or something to make someone stop biting their nails, please let me know ASAP!

Yes, I do love bitting my nails. Apparently unlike sucking your thumb in which it causes damage to your teeth (I found that one out whilst watching a documentary tv series where they tested it out on toddlers), it can be detrimental to the shape of your teeth and mouth, but most importantly; your thumb and fingers' nail. I suggest you put something you absolutely hate; such as tabasco (spicy) works fine; so that you won't touch your nails for a while!

I sometimes do. I cut back alot when I got pregnant with my daughter. I think they grew back faster too because of the prenatals. I am preg. again and hopefully this time around I quit for good.
