What work from home scams have you fallen for?

I have been a victim of work from home scams. I have tried everything to earn extra income for my family. what scams have you falling for?

It happened to me on my elance account. My employer didn't pay me for editing a video.. My proposal on making that video is just worth $10.00, no payment or reply from that particular employer.. sad...

Recently I read of the same thing happening at Freelancer where the member who did the work found that the employer had cancelled his account. Very sad indeed. It shows that scammers have made their way into these sites too.

readbud.com. It's supposedly a read and rate site where you get paid reading and rating the articles. I never got paid. It was a waste of time.

I too wasted my time on that site. They had a high minimum payout too. Everyone was so excited about this site when they launched. It scammed us all.

My latest scam was a Hyip site I was involved with. Even though I did not lose that much it was enough for me to change my mind and quit investing in Hyips... There are many other sites that might not be actual scams but didn't work for me and I only lost money and didn't earn as I could not refer enough people in order to earn money...
