I want to launch my own free download site for movies and songs download...

I want to launch my free movie and songs download site so people can download songs and movies free and at the same time can make a little ad revenue through google but not sure how am I going to do it.any suggestions?

it involve a big risk of piracy and copyrights. so make a thorough homework before the start.
